Tree Top Cottage Rental Policy
By Paying half of your total or total amount of your reservation. You Acknowledge That You Have Read & Agree To Policy
Half of your stay is to be PAID when reservation is made to secure reservation..
The balance of your reservation will need to be paid before 10 days of arrival date or your reservation will be lost.
You are responsible for any damages to the cottage or any contents inside or out. This includes, any damages to floors, bathroom, shower head, furniture, appliances, carpet spots, spots on all linens that will not come out, broken dishes, Television, home theater system, Hot Tub etc. also includes leaving cover off of hot tub when not in use. All trash must be taken out, any dishes, cookware, silverware used must be washed and put away, Refrigerator must be cleaned out. Microwave & toaster oven cleaned. Any damages will be charged to your credit card. Please be careful on the steps up to the cottage and the outside & inside area. We are not responsible for injuries.
There is a $50.00 cancellation fee on all cancellations
Cancellations must be made before 10 days of arrival date to get payment refunded. $50.00 cancellation fee will be deducted
We do not give refunds for weather related conditions. But you can change your date if all roads to Big Bear Lake are closed.
You can change dates of reservation if it is done before 15 days of arrival date in order to save your deposit. A credit is issued and you will need to use this within 6 months and the new date cannot be canceled.
Total of remaining balance after half is paid MUST be paid before 10 days of arrival date or your reservation & money paid will be lost.
We accept credit card payments or bank transfers. echecks by PAYPAL.
We charge a one time cleaning fee of $60.00
A two night minimum is required
The Cottage is for 2 adults only unless permission is given when reservation is made
If more than 2 adults without permission you will be ask to vacate the cottage and money will be lost.
CHECK OUT before 11:00 CHECK IN after 3:00
Must be 21 years old
We accept well behaved dogs. Please let us know when making reservation.
